In recent years I had struggled with patchy baldness, forever trying to manage it with frequent haircuts, hoping a shorter style would hide the areas that bothered me most. Eventually, constantly trying to disguise it became exhausting. So I took that a sign to pursue other options in the long term That’s when I started researching alternatives and came across scalp micropigmentation as a procedure, where I was most drawn to PinPoint SMP, specifically because of Neil’s personal story.
He openly shared his own experience, something I hadn’t seen from others, and it made me feel understood in a way I didn’t expect. Knowing that someone who had been through the same situation as me was also the one to be guiding the journey, I knew that this was the way to go.

Robert came to us with a clear goal. After a partial hair transplant, he wanted to perfect his density and finally feel confident as his hair grew out. Along the way, there was also some older SMP work that hadn’t aged well and needed careful correction.
Our focus was on blending everything seamlessly, softening and correcting the old SMP, enhancing density where it mattered most, and making sure nothing looked forced or obvious. By accentuating Robert’s temporal points, we were able to sharpen his overall look and restore balance to his hairline.
