Payment Plan Policy

At Pinpoint SMP, we take pride in delivering professional scalp micropigmentation services with care, precision, and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every client to feel confident in their treatment.

1. General Terms

Payment plans are offered as a structured way to pay for services over time.
These plans are not memberships. All payments will automatically cease once the full agreed amount has been paid.

2. Payment Structure

  • A deposit plus the first month’s payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is split into two additional payments, due:

    • 30 days after the initial payment

    • 60 days after the initial payment

  • Deposit amounts may vary depending on the total package price.

3. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you choose to cancel your treatment before your first session, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellations are not considered valid unless confirmed in writing.

5. Missed Appointments (No Shows)

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be recorded as a no show.

  • A no show may result in automatic cancellation of your payment plan if no contact is made within 48 hours of the missed appointment.

6. Payment Plan Cancellation Due to No Show

  • If your payment plan is cancelled due to a no show:

  • Any payments due up to the 48-hour mark remain payable

  • All payments already made are non-refundable

7. Agreement

  • By entering into a payment plan, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
