Refund Policy

Refunds Policy – Pinpoint SMP

At Pinpoint SMP, we take pride in delivering professional scalp micropigmentation services with care, precision, and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every client to feel confident in their treatment.

Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your treatment cost and help cover time reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds

  • As scalp micropigmentation is a customised service, completed treatments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Pinpoint SMP.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We are committed to working with you to make reasonable adjustments through follow-up or touch-up sessions.

  • in the event you are still not happy we will gladly come to an arrangement on refunds
